Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field.
• Experience coordinating air, ocean or international shipments.
• Strong customer service, account management, and relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and shipments in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate international and domestic air and ocean freight shipments from origin to delivery.
• Provide proactive, professional service with timely communications and issue resolution.
• Monitor shipment status and inform customers of delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and SOP-compliant processes.
