Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Senior Transportation Supervisor to lead the Logistics Claims Contact Center, coordinating intake, documentation, and disposition of OS&D claims for Tyson's fleet and carriers.

You will supervise 10 direct reports, drive process improvements, and partner with IT to enhance intake workflows and data quality. Strong Excel, Power BI, and communication skills are essential. This role is on-site in Springdale, AR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Call Center operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI and dashboards a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with management and lead a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Logistics Claims Contact Center for carrier and driver notifications (OS&D, temperature deviations, accidents).
• Ensure accurate creation of pre-deduction cases in enterprise claims systems at first notification.
• Balance urgency with documentation quality to preserve claim recoverability and compliance.
• Escalate high-risk incidents to HP leadership and coordinate time-sensitive handoffs to other departments.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Senior Administrators; monitor performance and accuracy.
