S&S Activewear is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead day-to-day inbound and outbound logistics across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. You will manage ERP/TMS inputs, carrier relationships, and cost-effective transportation strategies.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Distribution Center operations, Customer Service, Finance, and IT, with a focus on data-driven improvements and cost reduction. Remote work is available for this position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation systems and carrier management.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP and transportation management system inputs and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy for rates, routing, and carrier performance.
• Support inbound and outbound freight execution across parcel, LTL, truckload, and regional carriers.
• Monitor carrier service levels and exception reporting to support timely deliveries.
• Analyze data to identify cost trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and carrier partners on day-to-day operations.
