S&S Activewear is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead day-to-day transportation operations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. This role focuses on ERP/TMS systems, carrier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure cost-efficient, reliable service.

Based in a remote-friendly setup, you will partner with Distribution Center, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to optimize performance, implement improvements, and support vendor reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation systems and carrier management.
• Analytical with the ability to interpret data and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP and TMS inputs and reporting.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight across parcel, LTL, truckload.
• Monitor carrier service levels, on-time performance, and visibility.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams on logistics priorities.
