SBA Global Logistic Services, a Radiant Logistics Company, is seeking a qualified Operations Representative for a full-time remote position. You will coordinate shipment bookings, track cargo, and ensure accurate documentation for domestic and international movements, while interfacing with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret shipment data and support operational decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Proven customer service abilities with responsiveness and problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of sales and account support to identify service opportunities.
• Foundational finance skills for reviewing invoices and billing queries.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn logistics/operations systems quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a remote work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support day-to-day logistics activities, including shipment bookings.
• Track and trace cargo and maintain accurate documentation for domestic and international movements.
• Interface with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide shipment status updates.
• Assist with billing and basic financial checks; maintain data integrity in operational systems.
• Support continuous process improvements across terminals and partner organizations.
