Job summary

Brown-Forman, located in Versailles, KY, seeks a Lead Logistics/Bottling Operator to support material receipt, inventory, shipping, and bottling line operations at Woodford Reserve Distillery. You will drive logistics and production efficiency, oversee line changeovers, ensure inventory integrity, and train operators on SOPs, collaborating across functions to meet evolving business needs.

The role includes leadership responsibilities with a focus on safety, process improvement, and equipment

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret information, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other technology-based business systems.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment by promoting hazard prevention, ergonomic improvements, open communication, and adherence to company values.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify and resolve process or equipment issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, serving as a technical resource for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional support.
• Lead onboarding, cross-training, and employee development efforts to build team capability and operational flexibility.
• Provide operational leadership and support across logistics and bottling functions to ensure business continuity and achievement of production objectives.
