Job summary

Brown-Forman is seeking a Lead Logistics/Bottling Operator at our Versailles, KY facility. You will support material receipt, inventory, shipping, and bottling line operations, applying technical know-how and problem-solving to drive logistics and production efficiency.

You will lead safety, training, on-the-job coaching, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring accuracy, uptime, and continuous improvement across logistics and bottling functions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret information, and perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to build working relationships with employees, leadership, and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology-based business systems.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment with hazard prevention and open communication.
• Monitor operational performance, resolve process or equipment issues, and drive improvements.
• Develop and deliver SOPs and work instructions; troubleshoot and support cross-functional teams.
• Lead onboarding, cross-training, and employee development to build capability.
• Provide operational leadership across logistics and bottling to ensure continuity and production goals.
• Support shipping, warehousing, and inventory operations with SAP/WMS transactions and cycle counts.
• Coordinate logistics activities, carrier performance, and shipment tracking.
• Troubleshoot bottling line issues, support changeovers, audits, and continuous improvement.
