Job summary

RTX is seeking a Logistics Analytics Manager to lead a centralized team handling data management, reporting, and business intelligence for logistics. You will standardize processes, govern data, and deliver data-driven solutions to improve service levels and efficiency.

You will guide talent, set analytics roadmaps, and partner with stakeholders to deliver automated dashboards and metrics. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires a university degree or equivalent experience with significant leadership background.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related fields is required.
• Strong experience extracting and reconciling ERP data and analytics sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead a centralized analytics team focused on logistics data, reporting, and BI solutions.
• Standardize logistics data definitions, governance, and reporting across stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and data platforms to improve metrics, forecasting, and service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to drive cost and efficiency goals.
• Coach and develop team, manage hiring decisions, and support career progression.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and share best practices.
