Job summary

RTX is seeking a Logistics Analytics Manager to lead a centralized team responsible for data management, reporting, and business intelligence for logistics. You will establish governance, standardize metrics, and deliver dashboards and data platforms across Inventory Compliance, Freight & Fleet.

The role partners with RTX Corporate Logistics and Property Management, requiring collaboration and strategic planning to improve service levels and efficiency across multiple locations including Tucson,

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience.
Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience leading or managing teams and directing analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with RTX and Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain leadership to shape analytics strategies meeting cost, quality, schedule, and compliance goals.
Lead a centralized team of analysts supporting Inventory Compliance, Freight & Fleet, and establish intake and prioritization processes across stakeholders.
Establish data governance with standard definitions, report standards, and a single source of truth.
