Job summary

RTX is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst in the Logistics and Property Management organization in McKinney, TX. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and process improvements within a defense contractor context, with attention to cost, quality, schedule, and safety objectives.

You will generate reports, analyze data, ensure compliance, and support logistics goals while communicating findings to leadership and stakeholders to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in MIS or STEM obtained by start date.
• Experience with Data Analysis processes and tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate various supply chain reports, analyze data, plan and take meaningful actions.
• Understand and adhere to compliance standards within a defense contractor environment.
• Support Logistics objectives for cost, quality, schedule and safety.
• Prepare and present (verbal and written) to key stakeholders.
