Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in branch banking operations or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Back office receivables operation experience.
• Accurate 10-key by touch data entry.
• Basic spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Receivables operation to enable prompt customer service.
• Perform data entry, balancing, and deposits reconciliation.
• Sort mail, extract payments, review payments for accuracy, and scan deposits.
• Assist in training and development of new employees and support high value clients.
