Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and train a sales team for TV and digital products.
• Lead and develop Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Support staff with coaching, client meetings, proposals, and full sales process.
• Identify market potential through lead generation and qualification.
• Develop a sales strategy to reach revenue goals for the station.
• Analyze accounts to optimize marketing executions and forecasts.
