Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in general management, commercial, and portfolio management.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, support).
• Strong financial management with P&L ownership.
• 50% domestic travel and valid US driver's license.
• Must have work authorization for ABB in the US.
