ABB Motion is seeking a Local Division Manager to lead sales, marketing, and portfolio management in the U.S. The role carries full P&L accountability, drives revenue growth, and requires 50% domestic travel with a US driver’s license.

You will steer a high-performing team to accelerate wallet share and ensure strategic execution aligned with ABB’s values. The role reports to Regional Sales Manager, EU & AM, and is remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering with 12+ years in general management.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, sales support).
• Product and portfolio knowledge of Low Voltage IEC Motors and their applications.
• Strong financial management with P&L ownership and cost control.
• 50% domestic travel and valid US driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the division’s commercial strategy locally, aligning GTM models with markets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to hit revenue KPIs and wallet share goals.
• Own P&L performance, optimize costs, and improve profitability across commercial operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics to inform strategic planning.
