Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Manager in Durant, OK to lead a 24-person department within a hybrid work model. You will own daily operations, ensure accurate loan servicing in the core system, and drive process improvements while aligning with compliance and governance standards.

The role requires 10+ years in banking with 5+ years in leadership, and deep knowledge of loan servicing and accounting, HMDA/CRA, and audits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking/financial services.
• 5+ years in supervisory leadership roles.
• Experience in commercial and/or consumer loan servicing.
• 3-5+ years of advanced loan accounting system experience (setup, maintenance, payments, escrow, coding, GL, participation loans).
• Experience with a major core loan accounting or servicing platform.
• Experience leading internal/external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Proven ability to manage supervisors and servicing specialists in high-volume ops.
• Experience developing employees and building teams.
• Strong process improvement mindset; automation/ workflow upgrades.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Loan Servicing department, including scheduling, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure loans are boarded, maintained, and serviced accurately within the core loan system.
• Oversee loan setup, maintenance, advances, payments, coding, and account servicing activities.
• Manage loan accounting activities including GL reconciliations and data integrity.
• Oversee escrow analysis and payment processing; support participation and government-guaranteed loan reporting.
• Ensure compliance with lending requirements (HMDA, CRA) and regulatory examinations.
• Lead reporting: daily and monthly loan servicing reports.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent; build leadership pipeline and succession plan.
