• Strong understanding of financial institution products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Loan Account Servicing Department in daily functions, processes and risk controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely file maintenance and loan data in the core loan accounting system.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to employees within the team.
• Ensure accurate application of payments and achievement of production goals and service standards.
• Assist internal customers with routine loan inquiries and maintain professional standards.
