Responsibilities

• Lead the Loan Account Servicing Department in daily functions, processes and risk controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely loan data input, maintenance, and reconciliation in CORE.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to staff.
• Maintain production goals and service standards; monitor customer service levels.
• Handle internal inquiries and communicate issues to the department director as needed.
