Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in loan quality control, consumer lending, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of retail mortgage processes, loan documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex loan quality control reviews to ensure compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in quality procedures.
• Review real estate loan documentation, including title work and disclosures.
• Coordinate with lenders and underwriters to resolve discrepancies and close loans.
• Assist in audits, regulatory reviews, and internal reporting.
