Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience training in a financial environment, preferably in Mortgage.
• Ability to travel within company’s footprint up to 75%.
• Knowledge of financial job skills, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials for mortgage employees.
• Conduct training sessions and New Hire Orientation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback.
