The position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Loan Quality Control, and is onsite in Jackson, MS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loan quality control or related lending role.
• Strong knowledge of retail mortgage processes and compliance requirements (TRID, RESPA, TILA).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex loan quality control reviews with regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and guide Loan Quality Control Specialist I team members.
• Oversee exception tracking, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
