Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years training experience in a financial environment, mortgage preferred.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the company footprint up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, interactive training materials and assessments.
• Deliver training sessions and assist with New Hire Orientation and Compliance Training.
• Coordinate training schedules and develop training calendars.
• Update content to reflect industry best practices and technology advances.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content as needed.
