Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Loan Servicing position.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review daily new loans reports within 10 business days per established procedures.
• Provide training for Loan Servicing staff on errors found during reviews.
• Collaborate with Loan Operations for post-boarding quality control of loans.
• Input and monitor tax tracking via the bank's tax software.
• Assist in pre-closing document review and collateral perfection as needed.
