CCBank in Lindon, UT seeks a diligent Loan Processor II to assess loan packages for completeness and accuracy. You will verify credit reports, collateral documents, and related filings, while coordinating with loan officers and operations to ensure timely closings.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing disclosures, entering data in LaserPro/Horizon, and maintaining confidentiality across a collaborative team. A strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential.

Formación

• Willingness to learn and curiosity about loan documentation.
• Experience with bank loan and deposit systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Must be able to meet bonding requirements for employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparation and review of loan documentation and collateral.
• Verify borrowers' and guarantors' credit reports.
• Review appraisals, title commitments, flood determinations, and UCCs.
• Ensure accuracy of loan documents before final review by lenders.
• Enter loan data into Horizon and LaserPro systems; file UCCs as needed.
• Coordinate with loan officers, assistants, and operations; maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with customers and regulators; support training initiatives.
