Responsibilities

• Train new processors on Encompass.
• Guide associates through the proper workflow.
• Ensure checklists for Loan Submission are completed.
• Review all loans prior to submission for approval.
• Train Processors on re-disclosure files.
• Oversee Bond program loans.
• Teach processors to set tasks for follow-ups.
• Support the team with general questions.
• Monitor Branch Processor turn times.
• Review all Processor Conditions before close.
