Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage seeks a full-time mortgage professional to drive loan sales across markets outside the company offices. You will role-play a key part of the customer journey, from lead generation to closing, coordinating with realtors and other professionals.

You will analyze borrower finances, pre-qualify, and advise on loan products, closing costs, and monthly payments, while maintaining ongoing client communication through closing.

Responsibilities

• Sell mortgage loans to customers away from AnnieMac Home Mortgage offices.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, title/escrow officers, financial advisers, CPAs and others.
• Attend closings and open houses and conduct seminars to generate leads.
• Collect borrower information and fill out the loan application.
• Analyze borrower income and debt to pre-qualify and determine affordable mortgage amount.
• Counsel borrowers on loan products and explain closing costs and monthly payments.
• Collect tax returns, bank statements and other documents for the application.
• Provide disclosures such as Truth in Lending and Good Faith Estimate.
• Maintain contact with borrowers, realtors and lenders from application to closing.
