Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time Processor to handle the processing of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans in line with company, investor, and insurer guidelines.

You will enter data into the LOS, communicate with borrowers, loan originators, underwriters, and closing staff, verify documents, and prepare loan packages for underwriting and closing while meeting timelines. Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in the mortgage industry, preferably processing loans.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• If working remotely, reliable internet bandwidth (≥20 Mbps down, ≥3 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Enter all data on new loans into the LOS for submission.
• Maintain communication with borrowers, originators, underwriters, realtors, and builders.
• Order and verify credit reports, PMI, appraisals, and other required documents.
• Prepare loans for closing and deliver packages to Closing Department 48 hours prior to closing.
• Attend pipeline and status calls and assist in resolving conditions.
