Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in loan operations or consumer lending
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, collateral perfection, and regulatory compliance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
• Ability to train and develop others, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring
• Act as a subject matter expert in loan operations, quality assurance, and process improvements
• Collaborate across functions to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance
