INSOUTH Bank is seeking a highly skilled Loan Operations Manager to lead critical functions that support our lending teams, customers, and overall bank success. This role oversees loan booking, servicing, documentation, reporting, and quality control while managing a talented team and aligning operations with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with executive management and lending officers to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency across consumer, commercial, and real estate

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and consumer loan operations within a financial institution.
• Extensive knowledge of loan servicing, loan documentation, collateral perfection, and operational processes.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading teams in a banking operations environment.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee loan operations, booking, servicing, documentation, reporting, and quality control.
• Lead and develop the Loan Operations and CDP teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with executives across lending, credit, compliance, and accounting to drive process improvements.
• Ensure operational excellence across consumer, commercial, real estate, and SBA lending.
