Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Commercial and Specialty Banking Relationship Manager III in Dallas to deepen client relationships and grow a multi-million dollar portfolio. You will cross-sell lending, depository and Treasury products while reviewing credit needs and negotiating terms within policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or combination of education and work experience.
• MBA or master’s degree in business, finance or related field or combination of education and work experience.
• 15+ years of Commercial or Specialty experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deepen relationships of existing clients and acquire new clients for portfolio growth.
• Cross-sell lending, depository and Treasury Management products to clients.
• Review client credit needs, design solutions, and negotiate terms within policy.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and monitor risk exposure.
