Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of banking experience.
• 5+ years of successful commercial or small business lending space.
• 3+ years in lending documentation/assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all phases of the loan process, including preparing loan files for closing and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Serve as a primary point of coordination with title companies for reports, endorsements, recordings, searches, and title instruction letters.
• Order, review, and process business organizational documents and third-party reports such as appraisals, environmental investigations, and UCC filings.
• Monitor loan pipelines, manage loan ticklers, and perform post-close audits.
