Responsibilities

• Determines required loan documents to finalize loans and ensure compliance.
• Prepares legal documents using standard templates for various loan types.
• Reviews complex loan documents and ensures terms meet regulatory standards.
• Performs due diligence including KYC/OFAC, UCC searches and title checks.
• Works with legal, relationship managers and banks to resolve documentation issues.
• Trains new hires and develops improved procedures.
