Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst to join the Covenant Administration team. You will monitor covenants, read commercial real estate loan documents, analyze financial statements, and communicate results to borrowers and internal stakeholders.

This role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a regulated environment. Remote work may be approved in select locations, with occasional in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Experience with commercial real estate loan servicing preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Apply specialty knowledge to servicing CRE loans with elevated borrower relationships and/ or complexity.
• Ensure compliance with loan documents, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Perform covenant testing and maintain servicing records; support onboarding and tax/insurance administration; assist in payments and disbursements.
• Review reports to identify exceptions and contribute to risk mitigation.
