Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Sr to join the Business Credit Loan Admin Organization. Based in one of several locations including East Brunswick NJ, Cleveland OH, Pittsburgh PA, Dallas TX, Houston TX, or Kalamazoo MI, you will perform varied and complex loan transactions and support customers with accurate processing.

Core hours depend on business needs and may include remote work in select geographies.

Qualifications

University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or formal development program.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
No sponsorship for employment visas or STEM OPT for this position.

Responsibilities

Executes varied and complex transactions using standard procedures for multiple products or accounts.
Processes and reconciles transactions; partners with internal/external teams and resolves exceptions.
Ensures materials and documentation are available; may assist with training new hires.
Provides responses to inquiries; conducts research and offers workflow feedback.
Reviews transactions to ensure accuracy and conformance to policies and service levels.
