Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services in McDonough, GA is seeking a Sr. Loan Consultant to support the Branch Manager in running the office and delivering trusted service to customers.

You will oversee staff activities, ensure lending processes are executed properly, and help drive branch profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coaching staff, approving loans within limits, developing community relationships, selling products, and ensuring accurate use of lending software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with lending software, MS Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff management to meet profitability and lending goals.
• Make loan decisions up to lending limits; process and close consumer loans.
• Assist branch manager with business development relationships within the community.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with the implementation of solutions and monitor overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist branch manager with matters regarding hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.
• Ensure a high quality of customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
