Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff management to meet branch goals in profitability and lending.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits; process and close consumer loans; manage delinquency collections.
• Develop community relationships and sales efforts to meet product and service goals.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and staff performance.
