Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting clients, processing verifications and payments, approving loans within limits, and actively marketing branch products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related experience welcome.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and strong customer service are essential.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with minimal supervision expected.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, Excel and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office and via phone.
• Process payments, verify information, and support loan approvals.
• Close loans up to limits and manage related account activities.
• Prepare reports and documentation; maintain branch records and cash.
