Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Sr. Loan Consultant to support the Branch Manager and ensure the branch runs efficiently, with trustworthy, secure, and satisfactory service for customers and staff.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in consumer finance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision while promoting branch profitability and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with lending software, Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff management to meet goals for branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections and expenses.
• Make loan decisions up to limits; process and close consumer loans; collect accounts at various delinquency stages.
• Support business development relationships within the community.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring, staffing, training and performance reviews as applicable.
• Maintain high quality customer service; perform other duties as assigned.
