Responsibilities

• Ensure loans and renewals close in compliance with loan policy and credit approvals.
• Coordinate loan closings by communicating with customers, attorneys, appraisers, and insurance agents.
• Identify and clear collateral exceptions within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with lending officers to maintain portfolios free of delinquencies at month-end.
• Monitor escrow disclosures, payments, and servicing requirements for mortgage portfolio.
• Review loan documents drafted by outside counsel to ensure compliance with credit approvals.
• Manage the booking and lien perfection processes for loans.
• Oversee construction loans and monitored lines of credit.
