Responsibilities include ensuring documents reflect credit approvals and comply with internal and regulatory guidelines, resolving closing issues, and providing complete booking packages for funding.

Formación

• Thorough reviews of loan documentation for various loan types including CRE and mortgage transactions.
• Experience ensuring documents reflect credit approvals and comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong collaboration with loan officers, underwriters, and attorneys to complete closings.

Responsabilidades

• Perform thorough reviews of loan documentation for all loan types including commercial real estate and mortgage transactions.
• Coordinate and complete the loan closing/funding process with inter-departmental teams, attorneys, title companies and external customers.
• Manage client expectations related to documentation timing of closings and build strong relationships during CRE closings.
• Ensure compliance with approved terms, regulatory requirements, and bank policies using prudent closing practices.
• Prepare internal and external lending reports as needed.
