Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate with understanding of property markets and related financial strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of the full loan boarding lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong documentation and liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full range of tasks within the New Loan Boarding job description with minimal oversight from management.
• Train/develop team members to improve performance and knowledge within the department.
• Oversee email correspondence in New Loan Boarding mailboxes and ensure SLA-compliant responses.
• Intake, review and interpret all post-closing loan packages for all loan product types; follow up on exceptions.
• Coordinate data mapping and uploads for acquisitions and reconciliations.
