Job summary

Berkadia is seeking a Senior Loan Boarding Analyst to lead coordination of loan packages, ensure precise input into the servicing system, and oversee quality checks. The role requires strong CRE knowledge, leadership, and collaboration with investors, title companies, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include managing post-closing packages, coordinating with third parties, and supporting complex loan structures while driving process improvements and training new staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate and its markets.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data tools.
• Knowledge of mortgage/loan boarding processes and servicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end loan boarding tasks with minimal supervision.
• Train and develop team members to improve performance.
• Manage email liaising, intake of post-closing loan packages, and exceptions.
• Enter loan data into servicing systems and verify accuracy.
• Coordinate with investors, master servicers, title companies, and attorneys.
• Support loan transfers, data mapping, and fund reconciliations.
• Review and code loan data for complex transactions (e.g., SASB).
• Assist with rate uploads and other processing steps.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
