Job summary

Banc of California is seeking an AVP Senior Loan Administrator to manage the end-to-end loan process from application through funding and closing. The role supports loan teams, RM’s, and clients, ensuring timely closings and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of six years in commercial loan administration, strong documentation and closing experience, and proficiency with nCino and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of commercial loan administration and financial services experience.
• Experience preparing loan documentation, closing, and funding.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and loan processing standards.
• Proficiency with nCino and Salesforce for workflow and tracking.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit loan files for funding and boarding to verify completeness.
• Coordinate estimated funding with escrow and prepaid interest for escrow deals.
• Collaborate with clients, Relationship Managers, and loan team to ensure timely closings.
• Handle complex loans, including outside documents, syndications, and special lending.
• Review documentation to support accurate closings and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor loan pipeline and update the workflow report as needed.
