Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own LOA and accommodations end-to-end, while supporting payroll, compliance, systems, onboarding and offboarding.

You will partner with HRBPs, legal, managers, and employees to ensure compliant, high-quality handling of every case, and to design scalable People Ops infrastructure for a fast-growing healthcare tech company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience with LOA and/or accommodations ownership.
• Deep knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, PWFA, PDL, PFL across multiple states.
• Experience managing high-volume leave and accommodation cases with empathy and judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for complex compliance.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own the Leave of Absence program end-to-end across federal, state, and local laws.
• Own the Accommodations process in partnership with the accommodations platform.
• Bridge People Ops with payroll, compliance, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding.
• Support audits, reporting, and data integrity in Workday.
