Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own our Leave of Absence and Accommodation programs end-to-end, while expanding expertise across payroll, compliance, and HRIS. This senior IC role designs scalable operations and partners with HRBPs, legal, and employees to ensure compliant, empathetic outcomes.

You will steward LOA/ADA, collaborate with Sparrow on leave lifecycle, and drive process improvements across the People Ops landscape, including

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience with LOA/accommodations ownership
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws
• Experience handling high-volume LOA/accommodation cases with precision and empathy
• Strong Workday HCM experience with absence management
• Ability to design scalable People Ops infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Own Leave of Absence program end-to-end across federal, state, and local laws
• Partner with HRBPs, legal counsel, managers, and employees to ensure compliant handling
• Lead accommodations process end-to-end with platform integration and data privacy
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and audits; support compliance reporting and data integrity
