Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end, while shaping the infrastructure behind them. This senior IC role partners with HRBPs, legal, managers and employees to ensure compliant, compassionate handling of LOA and ADA cases and will flex into payroll, compliance, HRIS and onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations with LOA/accommodations ownership.
• Deep knowledge of federal/state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA).
• Experience handling high-volume LOA/accommodation cases with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, legal, managers and employees for compliant handling.
• Flex into payroll, compliance, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding as needed.
• Partner with Sparrow/Disclo to manage workflows and documentation.
