Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with lipid nanoparticles used for nucleic acid cargos (e.g., mRNA, siRNA).
• Experience with LNP processing techniques and equipment across scales (mixers, pumps, TFF).
• Familiarity with analytical techniques for LNP characterization (size, polydispersity, encapsulation).
• Ability to independently run experiments, troubleshoot, and drive projects forward.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, formulate, produce, and characterize LNPs for preclinical research.
• Scale LNP production from small to larger scales.
• Operate LNP manufacturing equipment and optimize processes.
• Troubleshoot formulation/process challenges and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams to advance programs.
