Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will oversee clinical quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and resident satisfaction while fostering a culture of compassion and service.

Ideal candidates will have an active LNHA license, a relevant bachelor's degree, experience with long-term care regulations, and a proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations to ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical, operational, financial, and customer service goals.
• Manage budgeting, financial performance, census growth, and expense control.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and resident-centered care.
• Drive survey readiness, quality outcomes, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives.
• Support employee recruitment, retention, engagement, and development.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, physicians, and community partners.
• Lead QAPI efforts to enhance outcomes and operational excellence.
