Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for its Louisville, GA facility. You’ll oversee operations of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance.

As the facility leader, you’ll drive a culture of compassion, quality, accountability, and service while supporting residents, families, and team members. Strong leadership and EMR familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operations of the nursing center to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Lead interdisciplinary leaders to meet clinical, operational, financial, and service goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and person-centered care.
• Oversee budgeting, census development, and expense management.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve objectives.
• Support regulatory surveys, audits, and corrective action plans as needed.
• Foster recruitment, retention, engagement, and professional development of staff.
