PruittHealth is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in South Carolina. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care Nursing Center.
• Must be licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state where the facility is located.
• Knowledge of Federal and state regulations governing long-term care facilities.
• Experience with regulatory surveys and quality improvement initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations to ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical, operational, financial, and customer service goals.
• Manage budgeting, census growth, and expense control.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and resident-centered care.
• Drive survey readiness, quality outcomes, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives.
• Support employee recruitment, retention, engagement, and professional development.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, physicians, and community partners.
• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts to enhance outcomes and operational excellence.
