Qualifications

• Current Illinois LNHA license — required.
• Experience as an administrator in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Strong working knowledge of IDPH, CMS, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

• Track record of successful survey outcomes and quality performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field — preferred.
